I'm talking to Tito on the phone right now and just broke him the news. He said, and I quote "Use the re-records. I would have no problem with that as a short term solution."   My response: "You're an asshole."

Agreed. Especially in Vegas...with a sick singer. Honestly, I hope they cancel the entire weekend of shows.

Well gee thanks Dan, then we're out all kinds of money right? You can't get a refund when it's postponed I thought? And we can't plan another trip there. We live too far :(

Nah just the concert tickets, then Dan or Rip would sing Journey songs for all of us that night instead, lol.

Oh, true. Karaoke would be worth it  Or just seeing Dan dance on the dance floor when we request all that 80's music :P

Somebody pack the Hammer pants, wife beater and pink head band! :P Oh and a camera.

It's more about the money, trust me

Rip DOES have a Journey karaoke disc. Put him up on stage. I might actually prefer that as long as I can film it for blackmail.

  True, we flew all the way to Vegas not intending to go to the concert just to see everyone. We'll do the same this time too. We did end up seeing them in Vegas though, last minute, and were glad we did.

Well, the news reported this morning that Gustav's remnants will hit Chicago tomorrow (Thurs) and then "head east". I'll bring my waders.

Funny I was just telling Rhi last week that we're better of having opted fot seats, not lawn, if for no other reason than it's Aug/Sept in the Great Lakes region. (translation... rain rain rain).

Hope you flying folks do ok with your travels. 8)

Oh, I was all excited that Hanna was going to go east away from Ohio, and I forgot Gustav still had somewhere to go :x Glad I have actual seats too. And I grew up in Erie, so I know how rain and Lake Erie go, so I always expect rain when I go up there. At least it will be warm with rain and not freezing cold rain :) So far so good with Hanna. She seems to be drifting east before going north which looks good for the Florida coast. Hope she continues east so no coasts have to deal with it.

How much is this show in jeopardy with AP's condition? They can't really reschedule it for too much later because Blossom closes at some point, probably October.
