He has been absent from the boards lately and he's been doing sporadic updates on the front page. Is he ill? Slow news? Did he give up? Busy downloading Soto's new CD? Where is the man?

Regarding the "Say What" thread he still hasn't read my PM so I suspect he is taking some time off. I'll send it to T-Bone as well. I hope everything is ok with Andrew.

Depends how hot it is. Tassie's usually the high 20s, low 30s Christmas week (sorry, no idea what that is in farenheit; we use celsius), which is pleasant jeans and t-shirt weather. Adelaide frequently hits 37-40 Christmas week, so shorts, t-shirts and stay out of the sun!

I was 26 and had moved to the UK the first time I ever ate Christmas pudding hot; my step mum made it every Christmas, but it was always too hot to eat it, so I'd stick it in the fridge and eat it for breakfast the next day.

Have to say, hot pud and cold Christmas - wierd! I'd also like to complain to all the people who make TV and movies where snow looks fluffy and dry. It was quite a suprise the first time I experienced snow to come inside and find myself soaking wet 15 minutes later. I know it's frozen water, it just never occured to me that snow can make you wet. Stealth rain, that's how I think of it now.
