I took it to be a generic "get Microsoft products". PC vs. Mac commercials don't really have a point either, other than just "buy Apple products".

without the fart gag, it's even worse. I don't get it. If Bill really wanted to score points, he'd come out and go "I'm sorry! Vista was a piece of Crap! We all knew it but we let it out anyway. We'll definitely make a better product next time".
