I think its been longer since Journey's played in Alberta.. I'm thinking 80 or 81, but I could be wrong.

May 1982 - Calgary and Edmonton - from what I found, if it's accurate. I can't remember that far back :lol:

Holy crap that was a long time ago!

I was hoping that Journey would have come with the Outfield in 86 with Raised On Radio, but alas, they didn't..

Sigh.

Maybe Neil and Cain can remember how could that package was and have them open up for them on the next leg of the 09 tour!

It would be great to see the Outfield on a big tour like this one, even if it was for only 45-50 minutes a night!

But sadly, they've struck gold in the US (literally lol) with this current triple bill..

Journey's been lucky, they've had some pretty big tours the last few years!

Saint, not all of us live near Windsor Ontario..

It's like if I said "well the show's in Las Vegas, why don't you just hop in the car and come down from Detroit". Easy 4-5 drive, no problem!

That's accurate. May '82 was the one and only time I saw Journey.
