I am kinda giving you a bad time, I am sure your car isn't a major problem but the service end I do hear sucks big time.
I have a 2007 Entourage and my service center is excellent! I've been to them for a few minor problems and they fixed everything quickly and with a smile.

Sounds like you need to go to another Hyundai dealer's service department then.
Had a similar problem when I owned a Sunbird years ago. My father was a mechanic and immediately found that it was the alternator that was failing to adequately charge the battery. My Pontiac service department replaced the alternator without question.
It all boils down to dealing with good people. If you know of other people who have the same make of car, ask where they go for their service and their experience.
BTW, I *love* my Entourage!
