My avatar is Richard Pryor 80% of the time. I'll use any persons picture that I admire or am a fan of, such as George Carlin, Samuel L. Jackson, etc. I've used a tornado during Tesas tornado season.

My first avatar was a crossbow and my screen name was Shoot 'em up. I used to play Half-Life a lot and the crossbow was my favorite weapon. As I got away from that, I figured it was time to get away from that screen name also. The name Rick was already taken, but the person it belonged to had joined in 2001 and made 5 posts then and never returned. So I asked Andrew if I could have it and he obliged. Well, that started a rift because everyone else decided to change their name also, and then nobody knew who anybody was, and everyon was blaming me for it. It was a fun albeit confusing time.

The one I'm using at the moment doesn't signify anything, really ...just thought it was cute...and I love dolphins...love the ocean and love to scuba dive... and have swam with dolphins on a couple of occasions, which is an awesome experience...beautiful, powerful, intelligent, fun loving animals.

Never felt the need for a sig either. In fact, BT probably turned me off on them. They used to be ridiculously large and carry-on for several paragraphs. A signature should NEVER be larger than the post, and it should only show-up once for each poster in the thread. The same crap reply after reply is really annoying.

If you've got it in your photobucket ( or whatever host your using ) there are size options.....click on your pic..go to edit and choose a smaller size..then take the http address from that one and put it in your profile here.
