No. I can't. At all.

Though I said the same thing about a Perry-less Journey. I bet plenty of people did.
Didn't stop them, though. So it probably won't stop Zep. :?

I guess we can think of it as "The Firm" doing "Led Zeppelin" set lists.

I read a month or so ago that Led-Zep was offered a billion for a world tour. Robert Plant has asthma and his doctor told him he can't do more than 10 shows in his condition.

Chris Robinson did the songs great justice on the "Black Crowes with Jimmy Page" release some years back. He would be a good fit, IMO.

By a "happening career" could he mean Plant's country thing? That is where the money is.

You're shitting me. He can make a few million doing that god-awful country shit, or a quarter billion touring with Zep.
But around town, it was well known...when they got home at night
Their fat and psychopathic wives
Would thrash them within inches of their lives!

You really think Plant needs the money? He just wants to make the music he enjoys making, which at the moment is something different than stuff he did 35 years ago. I don't blame him one bit.

replacing plant in zeppelin is like replacing mccartney in the beatles.in other words impossible.they are already replacing john with his son jason which is acceptable reunion-wise as long as plant is there.replacing plant that makes two people being replaced with page and jones being the only original members which just isn't going to fly the same way a bonafide reunion with plant would nor will it be as successful without plant.

Its supposed to be Zeppelin, i read it on another website, just in the Rumor phases, but i think it would be a mistake. the show they did in london was supposed to be fantastic, i dont know why they would not wait on Plant to finish up with Alison Krause.(sp) but then again, Schon would not wait on Perry, and moved on.
its their business.

Still think it would be a mistake.
