Why Should an Athelte Make More Than a CEO

Just thinking about this a bit. But most CEO's generate a lot of employment and income to this economy. What does a star athelete bring except a lot oof TV overage

They don't wreck a company and steal your retirement. That is why an athlete should make more.

Yes but the athlete did not MAKE you gamble. It was a free will gamble. These guys take your money, make bad investments, walk away with millions of dollars called "golden parachutes", and your left with no money.

What a funny thing to say! LOL! I know it is a common saying. But how can you Stand by your Statement? It doesn't stand anywhere! LOL! I guess if you paint it on a bilboard, then you can "stand" by your statement. I've got some paint and brushes if you need them!

When ever you see a major strike in sports, there is usually a story about all the people effected that work at the stadiums or the local businesses. Easily a 100,000 people, so In a way the players are junior CEO'S, and responsible for about a billion dollars changing hands one way or the other. Maybe this analogy is better served if we use rockstars that don't tour instead of athletes. No touring equals no money being put into the local economy of the venues that support music acts.
