Agreed, it's awful. One of our patients was abandoned in a parking lot as a newborn, she was adopted, still have no clue who left her there. I lost a baby too, at 16 weeks pregnant, and can't imagine how people just leave them.

How could any woman do this to her child?
There are authorities you can take the baby to, safe keeping. Hell, even go to a hospital or pregnancy crisis center and just ask for help! So, so sad. Babies are too precious. Possibly some younger uneducated teenage girl afraid of her family or something. Doesn't honestly know better... tragedy all ways around.
