I forgot to include in the review although I did mention in another post. During one of his songs, can't remember which one, he was absolutely going off and I literally had to hold myself down to stop from jumping up and shouting "Steve Smith on drums!!!!!!!" Fortunately, it was NOT the end of the song. Had it been, I think I would've stand up and shouted (no pun intended).

Good. One of the sax players was a one night sub. Can't recall the name.

In conclusion, this is an excellent show and definitely worth the $15. If you are a fan of jazz it is a must. If you are a fan of Smith it is a must. If you want an enjoyable and inexpensive evening out on the town it is a must. It is a unique and rare opportunity to see a living legend like that in such a intimate setting. Go see the man!

I'm sure BJG, SJ, and Rhiannon will add to this. I'm sure I forgot something.

Great review, Tito! The show was amazing. Go see it for Smitty's drum faces if nothing else! Those were priceless.
You're welcome for the extra autographs. And I'd like to point out that even though your car stunk, I did not smoke in it, even though I thought about it and even though after the fact I was told it was no big deal. But I did move your seat up and forgot to put it back, I remembered later. Hope you didn't bust your knees getting in.

Great review Tito, thanks for taking the time to detail it like that. Sounded like a lot of fun.
I like to sit out on the front porch, where the birds can see me, eating a plate of scrambled eggs, just so they know what I'm capable of.
