Well it's a mainstay in the live set, and every time the whole arena's jumpin around singin and dancin. And you figure there's a lot of "casual" fans at Chicago shows, particularly people who only signed on during the 80s ballad era. It's not Hard To Say I'm Sorry, but I think a fair amount of people have heard it. At any rate, awesome song. Kath was great on this, vocally and instrumentally, but Champlin adds some nice B-3 stabs and his soul style really works on this one live nowadays.
