I guess he is also responsible for the high MSG and salt content in our food today.

That guy has a lot to answer for.
If I ever get to meet him I won't try to take his photo, I shall quiz him mercilessly on serious subjects such as these.

I would also volunteer to ghost write his autobiography so I can ensure that all the spelling is correct. I mean, we cannot have vocal chords spelled vocal cords, and suchlike. It just will not do. Then of course I will get stevew2 to proof read it for me.
I will also illustrate the book with some new pics of him with some different cats. 8)

No - It was me who was asking about the jokes.
I knew they weren't serious, I just couldn't work out how they started. :D
And I just wanted to know how the cat being punched into orbit type jokes came about.
I'm in on the joke now, thank you. 8)

Cute sig that you have there, purrkat. Really, I think the cat association is just something else to talk about ... not to be taken seriously ... either as cat lover or cat hater.

Of course, there's those 2 pics (also a few more, I think, but too lazy to search them out). He's also talked about cats in various interviews over the years. There's the one about Sherrie's cats (as someone already mentioned). I also recall a newer interview where he was speaking gibberish, something like .... "me love kitty kitty" — anyone remember that?

Thanks for the compliment and yes, SP actually did "say" that in a Fan Asylum interview, I think 2006? It was unbelieveable how many "mature" women went ga-ga over that comment.

Steve, you have GOT to quit that kind of teasing. You might cause an influx of burial plot purchases.

A single dude into cats is disturbing to me. I can accept a (1) cat if its a girlfriend's and it lives most of its time outside.

The only cats I dig are Rhi's lolcatz.

Dogs are cool though (just not poodles or chiwawa's (sp?).

Why treat life as a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving in an attractive & well-preserved body? Get there by skidding in sideways, a glass of wine in one hand, chocolate in the other, body totally worn out, screaming WOOHOO! What a ride!
