Is that picture 100% real? Or is it faked?

I remember a few years ago on something like the E-Network they said that she was in some kind off female only yoga class in L.A where the women were totally naked while doing the yoga. Now, anytime I hear the name Sarah Michelle Gellar or yoga I picture that. :D
