Play guitar at a decent level, play in a jazz band and covers band here at school

Sing at a mediocre level, good enough to sing mid-high harmonies

I'm in my fourth year of collegiate tennis, first three as an all-conference and all-academic selection playing #1 singles/doubles for my school (played pretty much all my life)

I can read shit incredibly fast

I write well

I have a huge memory for names/faces/people/songs/small details etc.

And of course, my most revered and sought-after talent, the ability to pound beer after beer

Many people say I'm great at writing but I honestly beg to differ, I'm just one of the few that actually put an effort into it.

I'm good at poker, I suppose.

I really ought to change the actual talent... lately, people have been coming over and demanding to hear me play guitar. Well, playing guitar means I'm not drinking... so I have my buddy help me funnel a beer while I'm playing, usually without missing a beat

He's got a lot of company on this one, also. If you could make music by drinking beer, this forum would be in the top ten, constantly.

I sing in a band, play guitar as well as other instruments.

You can hear me sing lead and play guitar with my friend (who does harmonies and plays lead guitar) at a show we did live

at this site: www.reverbnation.com/80d

Its acoustic covers (mostly Bon jovi), just formed a full band, plan on doing more stuff. Unfortunately "livin on a prayer" is only the very beginning clip so you wont hear much of it.

Your band sounds really good. Love the harmonies. Thanks for posting the link. Good luck with your music bro.

Thanks I appreciate the compliment. I just put up two more songs from the same show. I hope to have a lot more on the site in the coming months once our full band gets underway.

Wish I could listen but the computer I get on line with won't play the songs on that site. I love singing Bon Jovi tunes also. I won a trip to Mexico a few years back in a singing contest, in which I sung "Blaze of Glory", but I had to sing it two notes higher then the standard note cause my voice is high and I suck at lower range songs, if the notes are too low for me, I am unable to project in power. My all time favorite Bon Jovi tune to sing though is "Always." Maybe if you get yours posted on youtube, I could watch/listen to them. Make a vid of your band and post it, that would be cool too. Next week, I'll be in Tokyo, they got a singing contest going on that I'm participating in. I'm planning to do "Always." If my friend at the show can video tape half way decent, I'll post it on youtube so you can see. My wife is going to absolutely go crazy cause she thinks it's only a costume party that we're going to there. But that's only the half of it. It's also a singing contest as well. We're going as a cowboy/cowgirl couple. And she's always had a soft spot for a good Bon Jovi tune. Hope it rains that night when we get back home. That will complete the romantic evening.

Thanks for posting the link, hopefully I can listen to you do these tunes also, on a different computer, one that works with that link.

I think everybody here knows my talent.....Underwater basket weaving! No, I've always been in love with music and art. I've been playing the piano/keyboards since I was 3, and I also play bass, rhythm guitars and harmonica. I've stuck with keyboards over the years though, as that's what I'm best at.

I also used to LOVE to draw. I actually used to make some money at drawing portraits for people. I really enjoyed drawing scenery and stuff like old wooden covered bridges. I haven't drawn anything for a few years now though, as any free time I have goes to family and music.
