What's up with the re-runs? I can remember growing up not seeing a re-run til April or May....New TV season USUALLY starts in Sept-EARLY October. I've already seen repeats from LAST season.

Anybody know anything about this?

Agreed. That dead horse is well and truly beaten. At least Lost is nearly over. Heroes also ran out steam pretty quickly.

I'll agree, the last season or 2 haven't been that great. But it looks like they are getting back to the early formula. Hope so. And NOTHING beats the first few seasons. :P

On the contrary, plenty beats the first few seasons of that turgid, overblown and way over-hyped but stupidly popular cr@pfest. Although it is still leagues ahead of most 'reality' tv.

I loved Heroes first season - this year - I don't know what the hell's going on. And Two and a Half Men has been one of my favorite comedies since it started - this season I don't think I've laughed once :?

For new shows - I'm kinda liking Life On Mars.

Yeah I know. :( It is in a sucky time slot. I think it is too deep for most people. It has an on going story line that you needed to follow from day one or you won't really get it. Great show. I have watched every episode. :D

It amazes me how shows with no substance seem to be the ones who do well. I guess you don't have to think about it. That is why we call it a boob toob! :lol: :lol: :lol:

I don't think I've watched any mainstream series the last 5 years or more. Sports, Discovery, N-Geo,History Channel,PBS and DVD's is about it.

Caught a couple bits of this season's Heroes, bleh. Couldn't even follow the story or just didn't care.

Saw "Chuck" tonight, it was great. They played Rush's "Tom Sawyer" a lot.
