Postby mikemarrs » Thu Oct 30, 2008 9:01 am

paul rodgers formerly of bad company is now in queen and replaced freddie mercury who is dead.you have steve tyler of aerosmith now maybe fronting a reformed led zeppelin.you have ian astbury of the cult trying to be the new frontman of the doors in place of jim morrison who is dead.you have michael sweet formerly of stryper replacing brad delp of boston who is dead.seems like the new trend is to replace the singer of one band in place of the former singer of another band.another trend thats happening more and more is groups are finding new singers to replace old ones on youtube.journey found its new singer on youtube, then boston has a guy from morth carolina they found on youtube.i think the group yes also found its newest singer on youtube also....

Most established bands do want someone who was in another band sing for them. They're not just going to pick some random person off the street... :?
