Alright then, have that your way. By this logic, an employer should also get the right to walk up to you and fire you for being a homophobic cretin. Then you and all the gay folks who are fired for no good reason can all get to know each other better on the unemployment line.

Totally incorrect on public places. There are no straight public hangouts. If there are, let me know.

I've seen on TV and other media what they dress as and what they wear and simulate. Spare me.

I thought both of you already early voted. Voting twice? Anyway, since I can't change your mind on Obama can you at least vote FOR Proposition 8 for your good friend Tito. It will make me happy and I make it worth your time. Thank you.

by the time i'm done voting i'll have lost count!

no early voting for me. i'm home sick today and will hit the polls around 11. what do i get if i vote your way on 8? of course your happiness means the world to me, but i need more

oh tito, i just gotta go with no on 8. piano with a view is a lovely cd and your happiness is important, but i have to support equality. i don't get the angst over same sex marriage, it doesn't threaten hetero couples and if it's a religious thing- leave it up to our maker. why step on someone elses happiness?

You have officially disappointed me and disgusted me with that marxist language - equality. Tell Dean, no more pills.

actually it is the right that wants to add the definition of marriage or a same sex marriage ban to the constitution. i don't want it changed, not at all. i look forward to a president that will actually uphold the constitution rather than use it to wipe his ass like w has.

The issue of gay marriage should be left up to the states, in my opinion, not written into the Constitution.

Actually I pretty socially liberal, it's not that I think it is right morally, but that it is not my place to judge, and less my place to tell someone how to live thier life. Judgement is God's perogative not mine, except in the case of CRIMES...people loving each other is not a crime.

You're a classy dude, Stu.

I agree... to those who feel its a sin or morally wrong, let god judge - sinning is his territory - and if you aren't god, then STFU.

You make ZERO sense. The court changed it not the voters or legislature. Because of the courts, it is now an issue. The right is just defending the (old) status quo. Had the court not taken any action, nothing would need to be done. Hence the left is trying to change it.

Really? I thought we were in the Middle East because we don't like what that part of the world is doing. We don't like their MORALS. Well, I guess we should pack up and ship out, and let 'god' sort all the shit out?

and guess what? They bombed the shit out of us because they don't like/are jealous of the way WE live.

So before we paint that broad stroke of letting people do whatever the fuck they want, we better step back and analyze the fucking consequences.

Regardless if you were talking about gays, firearms, pedophilia, or terrorism.
