Blueberry rules over all pies. I want to be buried with it. Oh, and whip cream.

Seriously though, holy crap- whatta drag for that guy. Big deal, it's just a song. It made you money. Now, go out and do something that's better than that and will sell more records than that. But first, time to clean yourself up dude.
Maybe being named Jani was the first hurdle. Start there...
NO. He's NOT Steve F'ing Perry. But he's Arnel F'ing Pineda and I'm okay with that.

That was quite a while ago. Since then he's apologized, gone into rehab, come out of rehab, and now I'm guessing he's back in rehab (hopefully)

Get it together, Jani!

Changing my name today to Brywool the Hated. Batting a thousand...

Speaking of celebrity car wrecks- has anybody seen that bobby dude from Taxi? GOD whatta waste of flesh that guy is. Seriously- every time I see that guy, he's on some celebrity fit club thing and the guy is a seriously messed up dude. Maybe some of these guys just need to be institutionalized. He and Busey can share a room. PSYCHOS.
At least Busey gave us "The Buddy Holly Story" before he mentally checked out.

""Cherry Pie", which is probably Warrant's best-known song, was dedicated to president of Sony Music Entertainment US Don Lenner. The dedication was no doubt inspired by the record company pressure which led to the track's creation. The record was completed without the song, but Warrant's label requested that a new rock "anthem" be added in order to enhance its marketability. Vocalist Lane responded by writing "Cherry Pie" in 15 minutes. Bassist Jerry Dixon and guitarist Allen, who believed the album was complete and were playing in a charity golf tournament in Denver, were called back to Los Angeles to complete the track.[4] The single comprises a string of metaphorical references to sex and bears a striking resemblance to Def Leppard's "Pour Some Sugar on Me", and Joan Jett's "I Love Rock n' Roll". It featured Poison's C. C. DeVille on lead guitar.

Lane would later express his views about the song and the album on the broadcast of VH1's HEAVY: The Story Of Metal - Episode 3: Looks That Kill, stating that "I could shoot myself in the fucking head for writing that song.""

Many say that CC DeVille was the uncredited guitarist for the entire debut from Warrant. And it is no secret that Joey Allen did not record any guitars until Dog Eat Dog (which makes Dog Eat Dog all the more amazing). But I do not recall it being confirmed that CC laid any tracks for Cherry Pie.

Of course that was a LONG time ago...I am getting old...
