yeah, this guy, Busey, and that guy from Taxi need to GO AWAY WHERE NOBODY CAN FIND THEM. Seriously f'd up people. Why they are not all institutionalized is beyond me.
NO. He's NOT Steve F'ing Perry. But he's Arnel F'ing Pineda and I'm okay with that.

I saw Danny twice in a matter of a month, both times at LAX. He was on my plane back from Philly, and then was at the airport a month later when I was dropping off a friend. He looked beat each time I saw him.

1st, I'll bet NONE of you talking shit wouldn't say any of this to Danny's face. He's had a hard life, get off of him.

2nd, David Cassidy is as talented of an individual as just about anyone who walks this earth. He's won emmy's, written and starred in Broadway musicals and ones in Las Vegas and has sold 25 million records and been the biggest star in the world for half of the 1970's.

Again, talk some crap to Danny's face and see how that goes for ya.

I partied with him at a bar called Bottom's Up in a suburb of Chicago many, many years ago. I think he was there promoting his radio show...can't remember. Anyway, he pulled up in a convertible Corvette and the floor was littered with empty cigarette packs. Anyway, the dude was a hoot and a lot of fun. He seemed like a really nice guy.

I remember stories of the staff on the show letting him spend the night with them because if he went home, he would get the daylights beat out of him again. He was abused as a child. They knew it, but no one did much about it. I hope he can get straightened out. But child stars seldom come out O.K. It is not a life for a child, especially if their parents are messed up to start. :(

I think most people don't. His father was crazy.

And, his father was a Hollywood writer or director...why no one did anything about it is strange. I remember Danny's sister even being an editor for the teen mags then - was it just DB getting beaten?
Yes it is terrible to have been treated so badly by a parent...I think most 'stage parents' are nutso...and, too many of those Hollywood kid actors are messed up as adults.
BTW, I recently read David Cassidy's autobio and it was a great read! Surprising that he was a "bad boy" and not all the bubble gum image, but still apparently a really nice guy.
