What is your opinion of "w00t!"?

It is dorky and anyone who uses it should suffer extreme pain.

Does anyone else think the internet exclamation "w00t!" sounds really dorky?

I do.

w00t! is an internet term used similar to "woohoo!", for instance, or "yay!".

I haven't heard that "woot" word yet. The word that I can't figure out is "meh"... What is this? A cute way of saying "me"?...A sound?...A cat noise?
Help me out here!

All I know is I've been saying it since High School (i.e. mid to late 80s).
Why treat life as a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving in an attractive & well-preserved body? Get there by skidding in sideways, a glass of wine in one hand, chocolate in the other, body totally worn out, screaming WOOHOO! What a ride!

I take it to be a sound of dismissal. Kind of like a grunt. You know that disgusted look Kermit the Frog gets on his face? That's "meh".
