I don't care if it's John, Neal, Ross, Deen, or JT or his kid that runs the internet business, EVERYONE was cool to me. And they are a business, and I've learned a lot from them.

Touring takes it's toll on the family regardless if you're with a tribute or the real deal. So wouldn't you rather be touring with the read deal and getting paid alot more? Granted it's probably your way or the highway with the tribute band, but cmon...it's Journey! There's not a part of you going....shit...I should be up there singing those songs! (And getting paid!) lol..

Hey man, of course I would. I accepted their offer, for shit's sake. This is the legend out there that is tough to control. But in the long run, I wouldn't change my life with Quinn for what Arnel experienced this year. I was able to become a professional musican based on my time with the band. But anyone that accepts the kool aid that AP was the number once choce is happily misinformed. They sold much more records than I could, and good for them.

I've done several demos with people, including Juhani Nahkala, my swedish counterpart, and Marc Engeran from Rokbox,
However, I've made a conscious effort not to make a Steve Perry AOR record. And it will be out before my new baby is out sometime in July.

Neal is addicted to the internet. He was upset that JSS would post after nearly every show, but Neal was as much enamored with the opinions and reviews as anyone. Neal, however, likes to keep a rockstar "mystique" on the internet, which I completely understand. He was not, however immune to some of the shitty comments made about me after Jeff was let go.

Aren't you cool with the new LRB? Since most of their stuff is harmonys, any chance of you doing some shows with them as a lead vocal on some of their songs. I think “We too” and the other songs Farnham sang with them are perfect for your voice. I remember you talking about being at a show with Wayne or something, I can't remember now.
