awe. thanks deb!! }:C)

those are my hubby's balls... i carry them in my purse! just kidding!! }:C)) (my purse is too tiny... hehe)

hey... i love jss but i even went after him when he said something i didn't like. if he was in here having a "pity party" i would tell him to knock it off too.

jeremy had to know this could get ugly. i hardly nailed his ass to the wall like some would. he is over-reacting. he could have just told me that he wasn't trying to promote his cd. i probably wouldn't have believed him but i wouldn't have pushed. i never took part in those thuggish threads jeremy spoke of. i have always been nice to him. he is acting like a jackass. almost makes me think it's not him cause even tho he may not be my favorite person he has always seemed like a nice person.

maybe those that need to come around would if people (jeremy) would let this crap die. it's been months... why bring it up now? in his first post he said "i know where the bodies are buried". what are we supposed to think? that he is eluding to he may have dirt on journey. that's how i took it. that's where my heat comes from. let it go!!

sorry... i don't kiss jeff's butt... i for sure ain't kissing jer's butt! };C)

(sorry if i ramble & if there are typos... typin on a laptop is a bitch!)

I agree. Don't listen to Treetop Jeremey. She just sits in her little treetop waiting to pounce on people. She has a very negative self-image and likes to project it onto others.

Not going to get in the middle of this, but.............WOW, not even close dude! She's just voicing her opinion like anybody else does here.

Deb, did you read what her first post was?

treetopovskaya wrote:this whole thread actually makes me want to puke. why even bring this shit up? to promote your new cd?

She came in headhunting and Jeremey responded.

Yes, I get it she's not on the Jeremey love wagon...........just as some aren't on the JSS, Perry, Augeri's. She disagrees with Jeremey bringing this stuff up, that's her opinion to make. That's what this forum is about, differing opinions. Maybe I'm biased, I've met Tree, she's a very sweet person, but she's not afraid to throw her opinions out there. LOL, she's got balls.

Well, to actually have sat around last night and talked about this harmless dumb thread, then come in and say that I make her want to puke, that I am a bitter classless jackass, and that I'm having a pity party goes beyond not being on some "love wagon." It's rude and uncalled for, and if that's what qualifies as a sweet person these days then I hope for better times. In the meantime, I post one scathing response, and I'm called to the mat. I try to get along with everyone around here. But again, don't mince words or excuse acts of thuggery and mean spiritedness as just being "someone's opinion." Opinions are always welcome. The manner in which they are expressed is what truly defines character. And just cause I tell someone to "F-OFF" that says unprovoked that I make them want to puke doesn't mean that I'm classless or bitter, it just means I'm older than 6 years old and know how to stand up for myself.

Jeremey, I don't have a problem with you and yes her opinion maybe could have been worded better. But I think she's like Deano that way, whatever she feels she throws out there, good or bad. Like I said I don't have a problem with you, I don't know you. Here is my thoughts though and this isn't so much about you but about the whole thing. Jeff got raked over the coals for mentioning any iota of info about anything behind-the-scenes Journey.....by some fans here and maybe by the band/management, I don't know. So why is it ok with some of those same fans here for you to mention Journey info? Just a question I had after reading YoungJRNY's post about JSS being classless. :? And sorry YoungJRNY, actually had to take a sip of my coffee to wash down Neal and classy in the same sentence.

Hey, I don't complain. I love hearing the thoughts of both Jeff and Jeremey regarding the fiasco And, basically, both were very honest and said some things that indicated hurt feelings but also were always fair in their statements not only about Journey, but also about Arnel. I consider them both class acts.

And Neal, he's classy -- well, to me :) . I can't help it. I'm one of his biggest fans no matter what he does.

haha, I see what you're saying.. my point putting Neal and classy side by side was the internet interactions with the fans of a megarockstar band. Sure Arnel and Jeremey can interact, but Neal is the top gun and he realizes the severity it can cause for ones image when interacting with fans.. and that even showed when Jeremey said he was upset with JSS posting. So I think that speaks integrity and class to him and his band.

To answer your question about JSS giving data and Jeremey giving data. When JSS was giving data he was APART of Journey. He was touring, singing, and blowing kisses to the crowd with them. Jeremey simply isn't in no part of or having any interactions with the band at the moment and that's the way to go. Sure Arnel reacts to some things, but he has said time and time again what he can and cant say. That's the way I look at it.

Ya I don't mind them sharing thoughts either. Just that some raked Jeff over the coals for what Jeremey is doing now and that isn't fair. Either it's ok or it's not. :? Why is Hunsickers’ every move micro-scrutinized under the lens of being some self-seeking hanger-on asshole?
The guy posted here for years and nobody gave it second thought.
Many of us always looked forward to his contributions, nothing has changed that.

On a much more general level... it's a thrill and a treat to have world-class musicians interacting with us here. Whether it be JSS or Jeremey, I think it's great to have the chance to hear from them. I'm a musician and I soak up something every time either of those guys makes a post. So let's not drive them away. Petty fanboys/girls are the reason we don't get to hear from more of the musicians we look up to on the Internet.

I'm sure guys like Neal and Luke, who both seem pretty into the Internet, are kept away from ducking in to message boards now and then cuz of petty crap...
I agree ! and I just signed up to join J's fan club after checking out his music, I loved it. Whenever he come to MS I'll be there. :D :D

Of course two wrongs don't make a right, I say they both should be allowed to share their thoughts.....except for maybe real personal info, that's none of our business. I mean heck, Journey wouldn't be where they are if it wasn't for their fans. As far as, if JSS was let go for interacting with the fans......ya, real harsh legacy to go to the grave with .....would just hate to be remembered for being one of the most fan-friendly, down-to-earth rockstars around.

Thanks for the insight Jeremy. Don't let em get to you...you live the life, and it's clear you appreciate everything you have attained.

Also, can you text me next time you plan on having a drink or two in front of the puter?

I would like to follow up on this. The reason for Jon Cain being grounded is due to his upbringing and outstanding parenting skills of Leonard and Nancy. These two people raised a good kid who became a better person. He never forgot where he came from and it shows in his songwriting. This Reagan Democrat (I hope) from Franklin Park is a great American. If there were more Jon Cains in the world this world would be a better place.

Stevew may take it hard if he's not.

Jon is a great family man, and he is the most grounded in the band.

I KNEW IT! Everyone owes Cain an apology!

January 20, 2009 Cain gets sworn in, I can't wait!

Don't roll your eyes. I bet Cain with his blue collar background is for the BIG 3 bailout. He's for the working man.

Background questions for you for some of us who don't know the real Jeremey (the life story if you will):
Where did you grow up and go to college at? What type of career did you have before the singing career? When did you start the original Frontiers band and how did that get started?

Journey related question:
In your educated opinion since you were around the band for awhile, who do you think Schon, Cain, Valory, and Castronovo voted for in the Presidential election? McCain, Obama, third party, or not voting/don't even know who the President of the U.S. is?

You got off to a good start and then...........................you bombed
