Does Steve really have a pizza chain? And how do you know he has taken off for personal time? Is this about his hip?

Yes, it's called "A Thin Slice Of Portugal" His hip has healed, and is fine.
That's cool, where is the chain? Did he have another replacement, or are you saying that his old replacement is fine? Thanks for the info.

Cheekymonkey, welcome ... I don't know if you are being tongue-in-cheek (oops

) or what, but Steve only had 1 hip replacement surgery (that we know of). That was in Oct 1997. He has stated quite a few times in interviews that he has fully recovered from it. And that if anything has slowed him down, it's old age

"I'm not young anymore."
Thanks for the welcome. No, i'm not being cheeky. When you have a replacement early in life, because our activity level is much higher than that of most seniors, we will have to have more than one, as they wear out. They're only good for about 10 years, and Steve's is 11years old.
That is why they try to get people to wait as long as possible for joint replacements like hips and knees. My hip is only 3 years old, and I am now experiencing some issues. I have been approved for a new knee, but am holding out as the technology is not as good as hips, so each knee replacement will be worse than better. I've had this hip shit since I was in my teens. Just arthritis. Someone said that they heard on CNN that Steve was back in the hospital for his hip, why is why I asked to confirm this.

Life is about being honest, openminded, willing and loving well.
