I watched the Roger Hodgson 2006 DVD "Take the Long Way Home-Live from Montreal" last night on PBS from when he was 56.
Here's Hodgson from this year (the high-pitch remains the same)...

Fogerty's a great pick...

Jagger... well when you don't have anything to begin with, hard to lose it. Outside of about 7 or 8 songs, I think the Stones are garbage.

Here he is earlier this year. Better than I expected, but he's either burnt to a crisp or as someone posted earlier, he's had a stroke or something.

Wow, considering what the guy has went through, not bad. Got to admire that.

Grrrr......it's the Edmonton Eskimos, and Calgary Stampeders (Grey Cup champs :D )........don't make that mistake again.

BTW, Shania's jersey would look much better with a Flaming C on it, than a Montreal Carpenters logo. :P

 :D That's the one (not a boil though  ) - 67 years old

The Neville Brothers headlined our summer festival this year. Can't say I was really a fan before I saw them, but they were fabulous! All of them - 60 or older, I believe.

Yes - I think Aaron has a pretty 'checkered' past, not sure about the others. Sure has a unique and almost angelic voice, though. He even had me singing along to Amazing Grace

Really cool. Although, Phil's voice sounds a bit weird without his signature delay/doubling effect. Against All Odds is such a powerful song.

Can't you picture a heartbroken Phil sitting down at the piano after half a bottle of scotch and a fresh one on the rocks sitting on top of the piano leavin a ring and cranking that thing out?

BTW, speaking of Phil, one of my favorite duets between two of my favorite singers:

Phil Collins & David Crosby - Hero : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8gOwpDl7Ab8
