In any case, I partied many times in the 80's to Doug & the Slugs (and I believe I actually partied with them once :oops:

. Do you remember 'The Bank' on the 8th Avenue Mall, Deb? I believe that was the scene of said party :wink:

I'm not sure, I do remember a club on 8th back in the 80s that did have a lot of live rock acts, but can't remember the name. I remember seeing Lee Aaron at that one on 8th. For a little thing, she's got a HUGE voice, I remember she just rocked the place.

My buddy Pete and I almost wretched from the fagginess of it. We had to put on the Cult, Electric album to keep our food down. That's how much AC/DC rocked. For sheer rock n roll aggression, I still have never seen anything like it.
