John Bettis/Legendary Multi-award winning lyricist

Member of the ASCAP Board of Review in 1982. He was Chairman of the Board of the National Academy of Songwriters from 1986-1987. John was elected to the ASCAP Board in 1995. He garnered Academy Award and Golden Globe nominations for "Promise Me You'll Remember," as Best Original Song for his work on "Godfather III." Thomas, Julio Iglesias, 38 Special, Kim Carnes, Miles Davis, Bill Medley, Take 6, Eric Carmen, Christopher Cross, Barbara Mandrell, Pointer Sisters, Ronnie Milsap, Joe Cocker, Jennifer Warnes, Louise Mandrell, Dionne Warwick, Juice Newton, America, New Kids On The Block and Sheena Easton.

Some of his most notable songs include "One Moment In Time." "Crazy For You." "Human Nature," "Slow Hand," "Top Of The World," "Only Yesterday," "Goodbye To Love," "I Need To Be In Love," "Like No Other Night," "The Woman In Me," "Heartland," "Can You Stop The Rain," "Only One Love In My Life," and "You Won't Be Lonely Now."

I don't think there is but it seems to be hated among some of the brass here.

I still think that song would make for an AWESOME video with all kinds of creepy mystic shit going on.
