That was touching..what a sweet little girl. My daughter-in-law is career military and my son is going into the military now as well, so my granddaughter will more then likely experience these kind of separations too..I hope not due to war, though. A Christmas wish would be that all conflicts in the future are resolved without war.

I saw this on the news and it made me cry!! It just melts your heart.

I agree with one of the comments there.....it's one of the most beautiful things I've ever seen.

I love watching stuff like this, and it really warms my heart to see it! I was assinged the duty of bringing Santa to a unit's Chirstmas party years ago, and I drove him to the unit in a humvee. My son thought until the day he learned that there was no Santa, that I knew him directly! :lol: That was a VERY good tool for a couple of years. "If you don't behave, I'll just call Santa, and let him know you've been bad!" :lol: Shame on me! :lol: :lol: :lol:
