Foreigner question for Andrew...

Postby G.I.Jim » Wed Dec 17, 2008 2:44 am

Andrew, have you heard anything from the Foreigner camp regarding their new album? I can't WAIT to hear some new stuff from them! Just curious...it's been awful quiet from them.

I think they're past those days, and probably just want directions to the local Bingo hall! Just joking, but Mick is getting up there. I just can't wait to hear what's next from them.

QUICK! Someone find me a picture of Herbie and a picture of Uncle Jessie!
Why treat life as a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving in an attractive & well-preserved body? Get there by skidding in sideways, a glass of wine in one hand, chocolate in the other, body totally worn out, screaming WOOHOO! What a ride!

All quiet, but they need to get it done now.

I really want to see Foreigner live next year. As a photographer I really want to have a chance to take pictures of Mick Jones - he seems very photogenic.

I recently heard a cover of 'Feels Like the First Time'.
It was crisp, crunchy, and clean. I liked it.
Don't know who it was.

Could it have been Daughtry? He re-recorded and released the single a few months ago (before the election) to promote registration of new voters.

Also, yes all IS quiet over at the Foreigner official site. Latest word from the band is they are writing new material. They do already have some dates scheduled for 2009, both US and abroad.
