He needs to sing every single ballad from Revelation, and include songs that Perry never performed live, WCTNGOF, WYLAW, etc. Journey should really take some chances on this part of the tour. Give the dirty dozen a rest for a few shows. These aren't going to be American crowds demanding Perry era songs. That would be worthy of a DVD.

I love that idea, GB. I'd fly to the P.I. if I was guaranteed that they'd play Positive Touch. Arnel has mentioned Winds Of March more than once so I'm looking for that one. I think Deen could do a very nice If He Should Break Your Heart if he's still going to do a song or two each show.

Now you're talkin'. Forget the Philippines. That's what they need to be doing HERE next year. At least, cut the Dirty Dozen down to the Dirty Five. I never get tired of Faithfully, though.

I'm glad they ditched Higher Place. I couldn't stand that song. They shouldn't play anything off of Arrival, Red13, or Generations. Well, maybe Kiss Me Softly. And yes, they need to fire up some TBF tunes. If the Pinoys like ballads that snoozefest of an album is perfect. WYLAW, FIB and IHSBYK should all be sung.

As to the duet, I liked Lani's voice. However, it reminded me of the Charice/AP duet. I was left with the same impression. I like both of these talented ladies as sololists, but they didn't seem to be in their millieu as duet partners in these instances. In contrast, when Charice harmonized with AP on Boy and Kris, I was more impressed with that because she scaled back and didn't overpower the song. The result was far more pleasing.

Now that would be cool to hear, Deen's got the right vocal tone for that one. Although OA isn't one of my faves by any stretch, Arnel does a great job on that. IMO she over sings it, but daaaamn the boy was throwing down some delivery there......dare I say "emoting".
