Resolutions or Goals for 2009

Postby artist4perry » Wed Dec 31, 2008 12:50 pm

I am not much of one to make resolutions. A resolution is a promise. I would rather make a goal or two to acheive and work on them. What thoughts or changes would you guys make in the year 2009 if you could?

If you don't wan't to make a goal and just want to wish everyone a Happy New Year that is great! Or do both!

Personal goals for myself. Not in any order.

1.Lose some weight. Yes I know it, what girls fuss over. My husband says I am beautiful to him, but I want to be alot healthier.

2. Work on more time for drawing, and starting to market it. No less than 2 hours a day drawing.

3. Get a full time job as an art teacher.

4. Try and be more understanding of others.

5. Make more time for family.

Good start. Now to put them to use. How about you guys?

HAPPY NEW YEAR TO YOU ALL, MAY YOU BE BLESSED GREATLY IN THE UPCOMING YEAR! TO YOU AND ALL THAT YOU LOVE!

get back to you on that DEC 31 2009... ;)

Not be so quick to draw judgement and give Obama a chance to be a success... and try not to critize him on everything...

and be nicer... ;-)

1.) Get the hell out the piece of shit employer I'm currently working for

2.) Find a new and better job

3.) Finally find a girlfriend (being single kinda sucks for me anymore)

4.) See Journey (missed them this year)

5.) Start working out and loose some weight

Goals to see for my MR friends

Postby artist4perry » Wed Dec 31, 2008 1:08 pm

I would love to see Rip eat something else equally disgusting this year! :D :D

I would like to see SteveW2 embrace his inner Friga!

I would love for Tito to get a little more PC. You keep me laughing though! :D

Would love to see Scarabgator write in normal type when he is blitzed and watching the game.......Angel get him to lay off the Caps Lock button!

Would love for madsplash to be right, but realize that humility would be a virtuous, albeit, heathier virtue!

Anyone wish to add to this list as well? 8)

Sorry, this bugs me to no end...It is "lose weight" not "loose weight".

...and, yes, that would be one of my goals also.

My wish is for every woman on MR to PM me a naked shot of her cans. Feel free to paint them up into whatever. Be creative. Prize to the winner. Make sure to send a before and after picture.

Thanks

I would like every one to learn that lose and loose are two different words with two different meanings.

Thank you Gunbot. Hit the o button twice, and I am quite aware of the correct spelling and meaning of both words. So glad we have so many people who would make such great spelling police on this site. Deb we need a "Spelling Time" .

Actually, you weren't the only who did it in this thread, just the first. It's one of the most common mistakes seen on forums so I decided to point it out.
