I blame him for making the wrong decisions and using poor judgement under very tough circumstances due to his own personal hatred of Saddam Hussein.

Do we really have to rub his damn face in it? We get it... Obama's the new president who'll bring change. Yeah, bush screwed the pooch on some issues but at the same time... Name another president in recent history that had to deal with everything that he dealt with in office. Was he retarded? Yes...at times. I tell you what makes me respect him was this...

When Clinton was in office (and I'm not saying "democrat this, or republican that") all of the secret service agents had to deal with Hillary who had a "Do not make eye contact with me" policy. They treated their servants and staff like SHIT and would fire them for nothing more than making eye contact.

Bush personally knows each of his secret service by name. Not only that...He'd have them AND their families (who's names he also knew) out to his ranch quite often for cookouts. He'd put on an apron, cook for them as well as serve their food. That says a lot about character. Does it mean he was a great president? Nope.

I'm just leaving it at face value...I think he's a good person that had a lot of hard decisions to make, and I think he gave it his all while in office. He did screw things up, but I don't think he did anything intentional to hurt this country. He also volunteered and served for his country which is something that earns my upmost respect. Most politicians have never "served" their country anything other than bullshit and empty promises.

I tip my hat to him, and wish him the best of luck. I also wish Obama the best of luck, and I hope he does great things for this country!

And in four years, or eight years, the next President will be in the same pic with Obama leaving. So f'ing what?!
Point is, none of us were in GWB's shoes and will probably never even get close. And many believe that the current economic problems would be here regardless of the White House. Btw, young Americans will always die while in service...don't worry, we'll always have a President to blame.

Don't ignorantly issue riddance. Karma will come back to bite us all in the a$$.
