yeah, that's a dumb line.
Ever seen Squire live? NOT a pretty site.
NO. He's NOT Steve F'ing Perry. But he's Arnel F'ing Pineda and I'm okay with that.

That's just it Deb! In concert in the early 80s he would act on stage like he did in that video. Rolling around suggestively on the stage. I remember coming home from seeing him for the first time when I was a teenager and my mom asking me how the concert was. I only replied "Mom if there had been a hole on that stage he would have found it!"

OK... Um, did you even read that before you hit "submit"?

I'm a woman and, if you say he looks like the guy your wife ran off with, I don't think "fagot" is the proper word for him. :? Women have absolutely zero interest in leaving their husband for someone who's gay... Even if it might mean that she gets to borrow his clothes to expand her wardrobe!

I always thought that "Rock Me Tonight" video looked like an excercise video. Waaay too much prancing, swishing and pirouetting for a grown man. :?

I've only seen Squier once, when he opened for Pat Benatar. Neither sound like their recorded versions but I enjoyed the show. I've seen Pat about a dozen times and always enjoy her shows. I'd go see Squier again too. As long as they want to tour, I don't have any problem supporting them as long as the tickets are reasonable.

Got it today and listening now! Cover is a bit too 'modern art' for my tastes but the production sounds spot on as does Steve. Some nice and surprising high notes here and there too!

Wow, Superman is really bluesy. That was quite a surprise. Played through the album once and first impressions are good. Going to give it another spin now.

Thanks, Kelly. The profile said single/female, so I just wondered. I didn't know Steve was a big fan of computers! :)

Well, he is learning.....(running the myspace page) and he gets help from his lovely wife. The single, female thing was undoubtedly a joke. Kudos to Steve for making the leap into myspace world.

Steve RULES, and I added his page last night. Got a nice note back, too! He'll always have my support. Love the new songs, and will be ordering the CD very soon.

Very cool album, for something a little different. Folks might be expecting the wrong thing. Musical integrity it has in spades, but fluffy AOR choruses it doesn't.
