Bah, and on the first proper day back at work also :evil:

http://www.news.com.au/story/0,27574,24968430-1243,00.html

In all seriousness, I fully expect to be breathing smoke by mid-week as do many Aussie's in the south/south-east corner of the country. Let's hope for the best!

30C = 86F / 40C = 104F

Quit being a pussy. It was 110 in Dallas and I wore jeans to the Journey concert. I was also the only person in our group not bitching about the heat. Then again, I did go jogging when it was 108. Ask Gayle. :lol:

I was really dreading the heat at that concert, but it wasn't nearly as bad as I expected.

Yeah, Melissa and I didn't think it was bad either! I mean it was hot but it was a dry heat compared to what we are used to here in Florida!

I thought the seats were pretty good. I was close enough to see the show, and far enough away to check out all the unbelievable women that were there. :shock: :twisted: It was one of the best looking crowds I've ever seen. :D

I had a friend from work that was there, sitting on the lawn. I went back and sat with him and had a beer and we were just in awe. I think Heart had something to do with bringing in a larger female audience. Worked for me. :D :lol:

I gave her my cell number a couple of months before the show, and after it was over, she called and she directed me to where she and her friend were. Was nice meeting them. I wish we would have had more time to visit. Right after that I saw all of you outside the venue.
