How'd you like to be humping a weapon on a flight deck, in the middle of summer when an F16 fires up it's engines. That's about 140' - give or take a few.

We are actually having an ice storm right now, so you might want to hold off a bit on that one, Danielson!

I gave her my cell number a couple of months before the show, and after it was over, she called and she directed me to where she and her friend were. Was nice meeting them. I wish we would have had more time to visit. Right after that I saw all of you outside the venue.

We were kicked out, weren't we, Rick?!?!

Another 14 inches of snow on the way here for Wednesday and a tropical 11 degrees farenheit presently. I'm convinced that all of the "global warming" alarmists have never been to places like New England, Michigan, Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota, etc. this time of the year! I'd take a heatwave right about now :shock:

We're at -11 right now! While I don't want a heatwave, the 30's would be nice for a day or so.

In all seriousness, I fully expect to be breathing smoke by mid-week as do many Aussie's in the south/south-east corner of the country. Let's hope for the best!

30C = 86F / 40C = 104F

Yeah mate, it's terrible weather. I'm in the capital city, it isn't too bad. Lucky for me, we have good Air conditioner system at home and at work, and in my car! obviously that's a plus. I am only feeling when I step outside :?

Andrew, Vladan - I hate both of you! Hobart's going to be 28 tomorrow, Canberra 35 - Adelaide is going to be 43! It's past midnight here and it's still 35!! The maximum is going to be 41 or above for the rest of the week. Thank god for airconditioning in the library, that's all I can say.

Fortunately, it does make the oean beautifully warm for early morning skin diving before Uni!
Why treat life as a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving in an attractive & well-preserved body? Get there by skidding in sideways, a glass of wine in one hand, chocolate in the other, body totally worn out, screaming WOOHOO! What a ride!

It's about -10C/14F here. I'd be happy to ship you some of this coldness in exchange for a few warm days.

Sniper16- What part of Cincy are you in? I am in Dillonvale and after 6 in of snow there is a huge glaze of ice. But fear not because we get another half foot tomorrow. With the predicted power outages I have 3 candles, battery radio, and flashlight . Feel better now Andrew ?

Tomorrow is going to be 45, and it isn't due to get below 30 at all until Saturday night - you are ON!! I wonder how FedEx is at delivering weather?

Just got off the phone with an ex-military buddy of mine who lives in Texas now. They got a great little ice storm happening over there right now. His entire car is completely frozed the fuck shut under a thick sheet of ice, he couldn't even open the door of it to get out a pack of cigarettes he left in there. So much for global warming in some parts of the world.
