I was watching Ice Blink just now. Imagine raising your kids on a boat and just cruising around the world, selling pictures from your voyage being your only real job.

It was a brief montage of Journey on stage with Randy Jackson with the instrumental intro of the of album version of Don't Stop Believin' being repeated over and over. When the scene changed and the camera panned over the plebeians awaiting execution by Simon Cowell, Perry's vocals came on...'Don't Stop Believin' etc...

And that folks is probably as close as you'll ever get to Steve Perry actually 'being' on American Idol.

Arnel is everything that is different from Idol. Singing in a bar in a third world country and having his video uploaded to youtube. What's he going to tell the contestants? "Be like me, upload your shit and and avoid all this gay Idol shit were you get selected by people that don't know shit about music but care more about how you look, and you have to deal with asshole judges with the chance of being embarrassed on TV's across the nation."
Yeah, Journey's a perfect fit for Idol.

You didn't need to. Madsplash already did, apart from he didn't actually say anything other than 'We'll see'.

I am calling you out here Madsplash. Reveal what you supposedly have or get the f@ck outta dodge! 'We'll see' mean's nothing and your pm circle is nothing more than an insane loop of Chinese Whispers.

It's like monkeys at a type writer, give them long enough and well...we'll see!

FF, I've already revealed what I know. The we''ll see means that we'll see a new release in 2009. It's not that difficult to understand.

Maybe you'd like to make a wager since you're "calling me out" (oohhhh, ahhhh)

Are you willing to put a little money where your mouth is? Hmmmmmm.

C'mon, if you're into fighting, like I am, you have to be a gambler, don't you?

The hell you have -

You stated outright that your reliable family source heard Perry would be releasing an album this year, possibly before November. I hate to tell you this but you are not the only one to say this this year, or last year or the year before. The fact that your so called insider information gives you practically the whole year to play with does nothing but tell me that you are purely speculating. If you had said last quarter I would be marginally more respectful. Maybe it will happen maybe it won't but I and many others frankly do not believe for a second that you know anything more than anyone else. You have no concrete information, no credible source and are merely trying to make a 'mad splash' on the board. And hey if Perry does release a new album that'll make you the second coming of Nostradamus right? Wrong.

You 'hinted' that you knew in advance of the American Idol montage.

On numerous occasions you also went so far as to hint that you were actually Steve Perry and I have had pm's from frankly insane people asking that I don't drive Perry away from this board as they are grateful for your posting at all. You are stirring the pot but what you cooking smells of sh!t.

Oh and...

Now don't be piggy backing the real info if and when it arrives as your game of smoke and mirrors is at an end.

Provide something conclusive and I will respectfully apologise, otherwise just avoid the topic altogether...

Really??? There used to be somebody else on this board pretending to be Perry. I think he went by Distant Voice or something. He tried to make it sound like he was Perry in a PM to me, until I asked him straight out something that Perry said when I met him on the WOF. Funny, never returned that pm. Nice try. Wonder if this is the same guy under a different name????

That's true. But come on you guys... he just wants attention... and you guys keep giving it to him. Clearly he's full of shit or he would have said something by now. He can't because he doesn't have anything that's any more reliable that what the rest of us have also heard. I've heard the same thing myself from I can't even tell you how many different places.

My mailman's cousin's wife's brother is a janitor in a music studio and actually SAW Steve recording. The album might come out between now and the second coming of Christ.

I've never claimed to be SP. That's garbage. If I'm proven wrong in the future (2009), I'll say I was wrong.

It's funny that a few select people get so riled up by what I say. Why not just wait and see, and if I'm wrong, you'll get to make fun of me all you want.
I've just said what I've been told and what I beleive to be true. Time will show us, it's very simple.

I gave a time line for it and I'm still as confident as ever. I'm not attacking anyone, I'm not saying anything offensive, I'm just a fan that has put it on the line and will be around to see it come to fruition.

And FF, no mention of the bet I extended to you? Why not? I'm willing to put money where my BIG mouth is. .................are you? I expect no response from this again, I'm sure.

Just a friendly wager among Seinfeld and boxing fans. C'mon, are ya sceered? How much do you wanna put up? Let me know. And bring the number with at least 4 digits, or 5 if you'd like. How's that for being confident?

I'm calling YOU out(ooohhhh, aahhhhh !)
