I hate to watch her sing. Very strange looking. She opens her mouth by moving her head instead of her jaw.

Remember Clapton's song? It's in the way that you use it?

Alanis is hot. A little fucked up, maybe, but clearly a very intelligent, creative woman, which is incredibly attractive.

I would think twice about letting her give me head. She looks the type to mutilate your junk if she's in a foul mood.

I can't stand her but I remember when that was getting play ALL the time in the '80s. Even remember the cover, making her look all feminine with the pink and sweaters. Almost like a Stevew2 friga avatar.

Did I mention I can't stand her?

Hell to the no!

I'll tell you what, before she became Ms.Bobby Brown, she was a bonafide diva. Celine,Mariah, they didn't have shit on her.
She was the real deal, performing songs anywhere, anytime. But when she lost it, she went down hill fast, it seems like her career just imploded because of Bobby. Talk about bad medicine.

No doubt she's got (or had) a stellar voice. Despite the bad publicity, she got royally jipped by not getting involved in the writing. I remember reading she lost property, homes etc.

The few clips I've seen of her bad behaviour soured her on me. I can't separate the person she is now from the music.

Nugent put out a bunch of records before his self-titled 1975 one. And I'm a massive Queen and Rush fan, but I'd rate both of their debuts as pretty weak compared to what they would do even one or two LP's down the line...AC/DC's High Voltage is pretty good but I've never been blown away by it.

Most of the other ones should be on the list tho.

Gotta love her sarcasm. The original is one sorry song (if it can even be called that).

Jagged Little Pill was her 3rd album. :)

Oops, totally forgot about her dance-pop stuff, my bad.

LOL - I think to be fair, JAGGED LITTLE PILL was her first worldwide album, though ALANIS and NOW IS THE TIME both had some hits in Canada.

Take a trip down memory lane ...

I definitely agree on those... and it is just an abomination that Black Sabbath's S/T album was nowhere to be found on that list. I just can't take any list seriously that puts U2 at #1.

Agreed, is there a more overrated band than U2???? If there is, please let me know. Comin' in just ahead of Coldplay and Lifehouse.
