Erm, I was teasing. The 'Bat Signal' is fictional you know. He is a great actor and happens to be good looking. But I don't fall for that 'Bad Boy' mystique in men and I would never tolerate someone treating me like garbage. Madsplash isn't the only one trained in martial arts

Back in 1988, Diane Keaton was filming a gutwrenching scene for the movie 'The Good Mother'. After she finished, she went back to her trailer to collect herself. In the meantime, the director Leonard Nimoy realized his assistant had loaded the wrong type of film in the camera and the scene had to be reshot. Nimoy went to Keaton's trailer, explained what had happened and asked her to reshoot the scene. She accepted the news with grace, asked for some time to prepare herself, came out and gave another stellar performance without one word of reprimand to the assistant. THAT is a professional.

Obviously, and I have doubt in my mind that if Christian Bale was in the same situation, he would of done the same as Diane Keaton. The problem here is, that it was it a completely different scenario. An "Intense Scene" and to get that level of intensity, you have live, breathe, become the character, and so you are literally switching personalities, and you can't just switch it off at will sometimes, you just simply cannot, when you are in that frame of mind, that's it, you are that character. It really is serious business, and not a tea party.

There is nothing in this sci-fi actioner that will be anywhere near as emotional a scene as even the opening credits of The Good Mother. It's a Terminator redux made with a couple of a-list stars and a b-grade production team, it's not Schindler's List.

"Film star Christian Bale has called a US radio station to apologise for a tirade which was leaked onto the internet, calling it "inexcusable".

The actor spoke to Los Angeles-based station KROQ, and admitted that "I acted like a punk".

He added: "I was out of order beyond belief. I make no excuses for it."

Bale, 35, launched into his three-minute rant on the set of his new film Terminator Salvation when a crew member walked into his eye-line during a take.

He was heard screaming threats and swearing at Shane Hurlbut, who was in charge of the film's photography.

'Resolved completely'

Speaking to presenters Kevin Ryder and Gene "Bean" Baxter, an embarrassed Bale admitted he had taken things too far.

He said: "The thing that disturbs me so much is that I've heard a lot of people saying that I seem to think that I'm better than anybody else.

"Nothing could be further from the truth. I am a very lucky and that is why I put so much into what I do, and why I care so much about it and why sometimes my enthusiasm just goes awry."

In the new movie, Bale plays the main character John Connor who is battling to save humans in the future being wiped out by robots.

Bale insisted the scene that was interrupted was key to the story and he was "trying to convey" the madness his character had inherited from his mother, Sarah Connor, from 1991's hit movie Terminator 2: Judgement Day.

He said: "I completely mixed up fact and fiction, I'm half John Connor, I'm half Christian there."

Bale dismissed his threats of getting Hurlbut fired as "hot air" and told the station that they had reconciled since the showdown.

He said: "I've not only talked with him, we have resolved this completely.

"That very day we kept working for a number of hours. And we worked together for at least a month after that. There is no problem whatsoever.

"I've seen a rough cut of the movie and he has done a wonderful job. It looks fantastic," added the star."

This jerkoff Bale is only sorry now cause the incident was exposed out in public. Some say this type of thing happens all the time on movie sets. So my question would be if that's so, why was this one incident made such a big deal in the news and why haven't more of these type of rants by other actors and actresses been reported on the news as this one has been?
