I have a really good friend who I've known from my military days and he too believes that "we" as in "man kind" has not gone to the moon. He points to the picture of Armstrong standing on the moon and tells me "this never happened." He's my good life long friend, but sometimes I think he's lost it. I however think we did go to the moon because I don't see any logic as to why the Government would need to make up such a story, it's just the moon. I also don't see what the big deal was in going to the moon. It's just a piece of rock out there in space near the earth. And what did going to the moon do for all of us back on earth anyways, besides prove that one and for all, the moon wasn't made of cheese.

Have you ever heard of the Space race? US v USSR....There was a definite advantage to saying WE got there first. I don't think we've ever been. Two reasons: Multiple camera angles from ONE camera!
