I'd be really sad if we didn't go. Space is awesome and I'd like to think it's a real possibility that anyone can go.

But it is suspicious that they don't do any more moon landings.

I think they just don't have much reason to go back. Most of the space science that NASA deems important seems to beyond our orbit.
The moon is familiar ground as it literally came from the earth itself, while Mars and the rest of our sister planets offer much more to scientific study.

Well, true, but they could at least do a symbolic run once a decade. God knows we're blowing money on more pointless things.

Right. Moon is boring now. They'd rather race those little Tonka truck things around Mars looking for ice cubes and plants.

If you are ever get a chance to by JPL, I think you'll really enjoy some of the stuff going on over there. You'll even get the chance to drive the little PROTOTYPE Tonkas around.

He points to the picture of Armstrong standing on the moon and tells me "this never happened." He's my good life long friend, but sometimes I think he's lost it. I however think we did go to the moon because I don't see any logic as to why the Government would need to make up such a story, it's just the moon. I also don't see what the big deal was in going to the moon. It's just a piece of rock out there in space near the earth. And what did going to the moon do for all of us back on earth anyways, besides prove that one and for all, the moon wasn't made of cheese.

When I was a kid though, one of my favorite movies was "Capricorn One".

Have you ever heard of the Space race? US v USSR....There was a definite advantage to saying WE got there first. I don't think we've ever been. Two reasons: Multiple camera angles from ONE camera! And for the lone fact that we've never been back in over 35 years(or thereabouts). We went when the space program was in it's infany, but never again when we had better technology. I don't think we went. But that's just me. Wait. Somebody is at my door.....they have black suits and sunglasses........

You make some good points.
Some other points are Money....NASA raised approximately 30 billion dollars pretending to go to the moon.
One NASA picture is looking up at \Armstrong about to take his giant step for mankind. The photographer mustve been lying on the planet surface. If Armstrong was the first man on the Moon, then who took the shot!?
One of the astronauts, played golf on the Moon. In front of a worldwide TV audience, Mission Control teased him about slicing the ball to the right. Yet a slice is caused by uneven air flow over the ball. The Moon has no atmosphere and no air.,,, but also the flag they put there, looks like its windy there,,,,

oops,,,someone is at MY door too,,,, See you soon stockontomalone...

 Yeah!!! Just watch the show. It blows away all the arguments...."shadows falling in different directions from 1 light source"..."astronauts being fully lit from a single light source"..."No stars being visible from the moon". They even set up a lunar surface in the desert at night and ask the old kooks for advice on how to fake one. They have nothing!!

the conspiracy ideas are wrong because the people who came up with ideas like " the flag shadow and its lack of movement" aren't familiar with elevation/pitch and vacuums.

Ever hear of Occam's Razor? Well....simplicity, people. ONE camera - and lots of different angles. Also, why haven't we gone back? No need to get all technical with all of the shadows, flags waving/not waving.....etc.
