BobbyinTN wrote:As far as a Journey song with the most haunting melody, it'd have to be WINDS OF MARCH.

Otherwise, Boz Skaggs "Look What You've Done To Me" is one of the most haunting I've ever heard.

Look What You've Done To Me - Boz Scaggs

Think WOM was posted earlier but found one with Fleischman so we can do a comparison.

Winds Of March - Journey with Robert Fleischman

Winds of March - Journey with Steve Perry

Thanks StoneCold, that Boz Skaggs song takes me back in time everytime I hear it.

Nice add there, I lost touch of Genesis' release in early 90s so nice to see they had another album. I'll check this out.

Buffalo Springfield's For What It's Worth (everybody look what's goin down) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s2HVrHpC ... re=related

The guitar (especially harmonics), lyrics and melody are truly "haunting."

Love this track. Journey's only Survivor song. :)

On its own, OTY doesn't strike me as haunting but hearing as a background to the Vision Quest it does.

Great track for a workout playlist.

This is one of those Journey songs where I think everyone sounds good singing it, whether it be Perry, Arnel, JSS, or even Patty Smyth.

Just remembered this one - haunted my dreams for a while  well, I guess that's what infatuation does to you.

Electrasy - Morning Afterglow http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uc8FsfIUz4c
Why treat life as a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving in an attractive & well-preserved body? Get there by skidding in sideways, a glass of wine in one hand, chocolate in the other, body totally worn out, screaming WOOHOO! What a ride!
