I have a lot of ROR boots and I've seen a lot of set lists from that tour... I'm not staing it as a fact, but I'm fairly certain it didn't happen. None of them included WCTN. But man, that would be a hell of a recording to uncover if it happened!

Jailhouse Rock and Oh Sherrie were more important
Shows how messed up Perry was back then
He sang all the songs at 1000 times to fast and the setlist, drummer and bass player all sucked on that tour.
Horrible tour the ROR tour Perry was out of his mind drunk and stoned on drugs.

That's quite an accusation. Do you know that he was drunk and stoned for FACT? The songs were sped up as has been discussed here before, but Randy Jackson most certainly doesn't "suck". He's one of the most respected producer/musicians in the industry. Mike Baird was a hugely respected studio drummer and was very in demand in the 80's.
He definetely doesn't suck.
