A New Deen Castronovo Interview on YouTube

Postby SherriBerry » Sun Mar 01, 2009 11:10 pm

I've never seen this before and I think it's a new interview with Deen as part of a promotion for Evans drumheads.
He answers a few quick questions in 5 minutes and I thought everyone might like to see it:

I can't believe his speaking voice vs his singing voice. Always amazes me how some guys sound so different speaking and singing... another good one is Don Henley. Completely different speaking and singing voices.

I guess there's a lot of good singers who are like that.

That was funny about him 'puking'...and the Ozzy concert. It is weird how a singer's speaking voice can sound so different than their singing voice...even Arnel.

I was surprised by his speaking voice too, but this is a backstage interview and it looks like it's after a concert.
He may be a bit rough from singing for a couple of hours because he sounds so different from his interview for
the VH1 special a few years ago!

That was good stuff. Deeno is classic.

I loved the part when he joked about how joining Journey would suck.

I couldn't get over the Ozzy story either - who wants to see a guy do that?! Maybe they were trying to clear a space, because I doubt anyone crowded them while the guy's pants (and everything else) were hanging down
