Nice work Larry. Is that a direct in on the guitar from a modeler or into a software modeler? I just put my Mesa into storage for a few years now that I won't be able to crank it any more :( and got a Digitech RP500... I'm kind of afraid to record anything with it right now. Scared I won't like what I hear!

Nice, I've seen that Zoom thing in plenty of mag ads. I gotta say, so far with this RP500, I'm pretty happy with my sounds. I've made a few good patches of my own and there's even some pretty useable presets. Digital stuff has come a long way in the last 5 years. Hell, I've even gotten some pretty decent recording tones out of AmpliTube and iZotope Trash through Pro Tools...

Oh man, I'm utilitarian at best when it comes to all those programs. When I was gigging, I ran a stereo set-up... Fender Blues Jr with my Mesa Maverick... unbelievably great tone, especially chorused and/or delayed stereo cleans. Even made me sound good

Haven't gigged in forever and I'm tired of carrying that huge amp everywhere, so it's retired for now... but I'll miss it sometimes.

Thats great Larry... I'm glad you're finally getting back to it. The ending where it picks up is cool.
You played both acoustic and electric on that didn't you. Well done. 8)

Hey, I've got a great idea. There's this guy who used to sing a little that likes to dabble in songwriting and recording who's always looking for song writing partners.... I hear he's recording again. This could be your big break.

Hey Larry,

I've listened to it a few times, and I really like it. I'm not really crazy about the tone of the lead guitar, but I definitely still like it. If you want me to try to add something to it, just let me know!
