Doesn't mean they are touring together. This could be a simple scheduling with the State Fair. But congrats on the opportunity to see the band again! BTW, it is also listed on the official site, but did not mention Heart.

that's about the only places for most classic rock bands unless it's a big package tour. There are a few exceptions, but for the most part....
NO. He's NOT Steve F'ing Perry. But he's Arnel F'ing Pineda and I'm okay with that.

I'm thinking Heart won't be the full-time touring partner. It's probably just that show or a couple of shows even.

People used to give Heart and Styx shit for playing the fairs, looks like things are coming full circle now.

State fairs are going to be the best place for the band to play this summer given the state of the economy. People are going to want to get the most bang for their buck entertainment-wise this summer. The band has a better chance of people coming out to a fair, where the whole family can be entertained all day for one price.

I've seen Heart at fairs before. Not the best for sound but still, people going to the fair generally don't care anyway.

Wrong. Grandstand events at the Iowa State fair are priced separately from fair admission. When they did the "Under the Radar" tour, prices were about $50/ticket + fair admission + parking.
