If you look close, it looks like Perry's head is moving:

I finally looked at this and she alternates between clockwise and counterclockwise. When she spins clockwise, her right leg is extended in the air; counterclockwise, her left leg is extended.

But, even if I scroll it so I don't see the foot shadow she will change back and forth without my thinking about it.

I got this in my email.....go ahead; try it. 8)

This will boggle your mind and you will keep trying over and over again to see if you can outsmart your foot, but you can't. It's
pre-programmed in your brain!

1. Without anyone watching you (they will think you are GOOFY!!) and while sitting at your desk in front of your computer,
lift your right foot off the floor and make clockwise circles with it.

2. Now, while doing this, draw the number '6' in the air with your right hand.. Your foot will change direction.

I told you so!!! And there's nothing you can do about it! You and I both know how stupid it is, but before the day is done
you are going to try it again, if you've not already done so...

Wow, I was able to keep it (meaning my foot  ) going clockwise... What the hell does *that* mean?

Glad we could make you laugh  . And thanks - that's the only suggestion that worked for me - now I can make her go either way at will and I don't have to look at it any longer  .

The key is to look only at her foot and then you can easily flip it either way.

Scroll it so only her head shows, not her body...now she is flipping back and forth faster for me, every time I glance a way and look back?! Like she is shaking her head 'no'! Okay, I'm done - next she'll be walking off the screen.
