Then you haven't seen much furry art

Who is the artist and what else has she drawn Journey-related?

Sarah you'll have to explain Furry art to me. Reminds me of the Manga stuff. I am just an average surrealist/fantasy artist. There are so many styles out there! The young folks have their own. FTLOSM had wrote to me on my site, and I checked out her art in return, that is how I knew who you were talking about. Where did you see her drawing? :D

If your post is the last post in a thread and you edit it, it will not say "edited". But if you edit after someone's already posted after you, it will.

AFP: most furry art that I've seen is porn so I was just making a joke about that. It is a fetish, after all. How I found it, my friend found it on a Photobucket search I think.

Deviant is deviant.
I think she made some mistakes.
The crotch crevice lines should be more straight
& the hat should be behind the leg not creating a curved line in front simulating a thick rounded curved structure.
I did dabble a bit with drawing Winky in my younger years...

Sorry, shadowsong I also have art on the site and mine is strictly rated G, that is the name of the site, it is free to artists of all forms. Deviant can also be a change from the norm, the things considered "high art" by art snobs.

Having that said I have no idea of the intent of the artist. That would be something she would have to answer.

Winky is an art icon. All hail winky!

I don't know what got my professor cursing more, Winky or someone wearing a Bob Ross Happy tree t-shirt........

I think I recall Winky in the TV Guide.
I could draw pretty well so when they wrote back saying I had a future in art & offering to sell me art school lessons I didn't think that much of it...

I think even if you drew Winky looking like Bullwinkle they still would have sent you accolades.
I knew even then it was just a money making scheme.
I could draw for free & was happy with that.

Wonder what ever happened to Winky...

He retired in Tahiti with his friend the turtle........I remember those ads too, I could draw them quite well, but I think it is hardly a measure of ones ability to do art. I think you probably drew better than you give yourself credit. Those schemes have gone on for years and are a rip off. Probably why my professor hated them so much.

Bob Ross Happy Trees.......if you use the formula he used on TV my professor had a fit. Here is a painting I did of my professor. Kind of a unique character in his own right, one of my favorite professors, at one time in my life he was my nemesis. Funny how 20 years and life changes made us friends.

That "furry version" must have done something to me..don't remember my dream but I woke up growling!

I can remember dreams with big cats escaping, outlaws shooting it out, or vampires as the stars; however, werewolves aren't a favorite monster for me. I know I laugh and cry in my sleep, but this is the first time I've growled. :P

I think it's a wolf in SP clothing...not SP in wolf clothing myself. :D

Interesting perspective...not bad
I never really painted portraits
Tries my brother once & it did look quite amateurish.
I did a drawing of Alice Cooper in HS
That one came out pretty good.

I started drawinhg as a lil girl
Used to make all my handmade cards

I can draw pretty well & so can my Mom.
I did 2 watercolor in 9th grade which were hung in the main entrance for the entire 4 years I was at HS.
One was a floral scene & the other a ship of some sort.
I left them there as it was an honor & they must have treasured them!

I was worried about myself for awhile 'cause I didn't find the picture particularly attractive or sexy really.

I have never growled in my sleep; however, I now realize it was just phlegm in my throat 'cause it happened again. (I've got a cold.) :P

(Edited for grammar maybe.)

Glad your growling was just a cold...

That painting of my professor was one of my first oil portraits. He is a character.

Show me some of your art Shadowsong! I would love to see it! :D
