Ahh, yeah! That was Villa Escudero, compliments of one of our friends over there, and it was amazing. I have more video and pics of the food, and the show they put on later. The museum was the COOLEST I'd ever seen, and was just amazing. That was a real highlight of the trip.
Now the water -- Jessie had told us to wear water-friendly footwear, so I wore a pair of sandals that had foam soles. Not the most waterproof shoes, but they worked out ok. Next time, I will bring a pair of water shoes or those disposable sandals they gave me in the hotel, and then swap them out once we are done with lunch. Yes, when you walk down there, you are always in about 1 ft. of water, and it was just a very unique and special experience, and the lunch was to die for. It was like a little paradise down there.
