stockings or pantyhose

I always thought women were supposed to wear this stuff if A) their legs looked like Casper, B), they had enough varicose veins to confuse an onlooker of looking at a road map, or had more fat than a Whopper.

I can't wait to hear Cyndy's take on this topic. Asian women have such awesome legs and feet as it is.

Stockings a cute, but they're just not practical. In my neck of the woods, bare legs really isn't an option for most of the year, so it's all about the pantyhose. For evenings, I'm particularly partial to the black ones with the seam in the back - which by the way are increasingly difficult to find nowadays. :evil:

LOL, didn't even know there was such a thing. I prefer bare leg in spring/summer/fall. But in winter have to wear pantyhose with a skirt to the office, can't wear pants every day. :lol:

I hate, loathe and despise pantyhose - anyone who has big hips and a small waist will never, ever find a pair that fit and don't have the waist band roll up and cut in. If I have to wear anything, then it's stockings and suspenders - the 'stay up' ones are only useful for tying tomato plants to garden stakes. But personally, I prefer bare skin.
I don't get why so many men have a thing for stockings though.

stockings - rarely & only with formal attire
bare legs - if it's above 80 degrees F outside

jubilee - seams up the back are too tough to keep straight. have you tried snapping a plumb line with black ink on your skin, then wearing regular hose?
