I watched it once. (I swear to God, it was only once.) It was the season that that french stripper babe with the really bad plastic surgery was on. She was so creepy looking I couldn't stand watching it. As for Brett I kept wondering how bald he really is under that hat and scarf he always wears.

My guilty pleasure is Real Housewives of New York City. I can't remember. I think that's the title of the show. I never know when it is on, but can catch shows repeated on Bravo. I love this show.

I don't do guilt ... :D

Silliest TV I watch is the Home and Garden Channel's house-flip shows.

As one of my kids pointed out, "Mom, you are watching paint dry ... on TV."

As for Rock of Love, I tried to watch it once ... made it through 90 seconds of lingerie mud-wrestling football before changing the channel. I don't think I'm in the target demographic.

Nothing should make you happier than not being in that demographic. Absolute garbage TV right there. VH-1 lost me quite some time ago with their ridiculous celebrity reality horsecrap. I mean... Flavor Flav? Seriously? Three shows? I don't mind the occasional "junk" show, but good lord, VH-1 (and MTV, and the like...) airs nothing BUT junk the last several years. Forget it.

I'll be watching the Discovery channel, kthx.

To me, this is far better than Bret's show. I'm sorry, after 2 seasons and an endless supply of women at his shows, he needs a reality show to find a woman??? 90% of the women on his show aren't any better (most are probably worse) than the women he runs into at his shows anyway, so why does he need another supply? This is just another way for him to get paid for getting laid. But I tell ya, after watching an episode or 2, I certainly feel better about myself, that's for sure!

I lost track of the Teen Idol show. Who won? My favorite was easily Chris Atkins, but Bill Hufsey turned out to be a surprise to me. But that guy, David from Baywatch, although an asshole, is freakin' hot!

btw, re: your sig

"Did you see that?! It looked like a giant ferret!"

I was doing my exercycling yesterday and I saw another rider with a freakin' giant lizard ON HIS HEAD. Just toolin' down the sidewalk with one of these. I thought the damn thing was gonna jump me as I passed him.

That's definitely an iguana but I'm not sure what type. Looks very similar to a green iguana but that isn't what the one in the picture is. You don't need to worry if you see that again... a lizard like that won't jump on you. They just stare at you real hard. Never touch one though, unless the owner specifically says its safe. That's today's lesson, kids. The more you know. 8)

It was brown. As I came up on him, I just thought he had a weird helmet on. Like a USC Trojan thing.

Then I saw the tail, the legs, spine and mouth!

Too freaky. So I guess his guilty pleasure is using a lizard as a hat.

Guilty pleasures... I just ran across a DVD of the old Rick Springfield TV pilot "Nick Knight" (which later spawned "Forever Knight"). The reviews I found were surprisingly good, but it was pretty hard for me to watch. Some cool moments but nearly as dark as I thought I remembered.

I always watched him as Dr. Noah Drake on General Hospital. He was good in that also, but I wasn't really interested in his acting ability.

Dancing With the Stars!

Having taken 2 levels of ballroom/latin dance lessons recently, I appreciate how difficult it is for some people to learn those steps - either ya got it or ya don't  . My husband is an excellent 'freestyle' dancer, can two-step up a storm - but get him to wiggle those hips for the latin dances? - can't be done. Of course it doesn't help that I want to lead all the time :) .

They should change it to the "Dancing With the 40-Somethings Whose Spouses Won't Dance" - I'd apply!
