Man, is it just me, or has this place started feeling like a deserted ghost town? I miss a lot of the old crowd (Deano, Moonie, etc...). Now Andrew doesn't even hang out with us anymore! Hope you're all doing okay, and you're sorely missed.

You bring up a good point. I think this board goes through changes like the tides though, when there's nothing new or exciting to talk about with Journey. I'm sure it'll pick up again, but it just seems a little weird in here lately. Miss the old crew (for better or for worse!) Hopefully Journey will get their butts back in the studio soon and give us something to talk about.

I also really miss Toto already...they need to get over their differences, and get as many of the remaining original members back together to do one last hoorah! Don't see it happening though.

With so many personal attacks, fkyous, name calling, etc, it would be great if we could click on a username, block/ignore the user so we never have to read their posts again. Any posts by flagged users would simply never show up on the forum. There may already be a forum "mod" you can add to the forum software to do this. (pausing to search....) Found a couple.

Just bumping this idea again. Now in the Journey forum there's a bunch of off topic threads, probably more off topic info than Journey info. And all perhaps because Journey is the first forum. If you had the general forum on top, I bet all of the misc topics would be posted there leaving the Journey forum to be about....Journey. The other artist's forums don't suffer near as much misc posts. Perhaps you could give it a try and see if it helps clean the Journey area up a bit? (Just re-arraging the order of the forums so the general section is at top. I think you call it "Open Artist Forum"? And it's on bottom.)

I miss Andrew's retorts as well. I feel if people are not posting it is because news is slow on Journey. And as for keeping it to music only, well, they are not active at this time are they?

But people here like to post things they find funny, current in the news, etc. Just keeping in touch while things are slow. I enjoy the funny threads that GI and Tragchick come up with. Makes the slow periods not so bad to endure.

It is a bit much to expect everything on a forum board to go just as each of us wishes. We all have differing tastes and oppinions. There are some topics I don't care for, so I just don't respond to them.

I think this site is fine just as it is.

If people are not here because of XYZ maybe they will return when things on the band pick up, or their lives slow down enough to post. Sometimes people are just busy living.

The great thing with Jack is you can xerox a bazillion copies of the latest coupons and they'll accept them. Every one in our office (what's left) walks over there at least once a day to get their free tacos or discounted Sourdoughs. The hearty breakfast bowl is my favorite at the moment.
And they serve it all day long.

Crunchy goodness! But the fries were awful.
Phoenix area JITB has excellent fries. North Carolina JITB has gross fries.
I didn't enjoy the McDs or BK fries down south either.

My conclusion is that southerners mess up fries.
