Nice! Do you like the Humble Pie version? I loved Steve Marriott!

You helped me find an old favorite of mine - Ninety-Nine Pounds

Well Mr. Big is my favorite. But I did hear the original for the first time in that Life On Mars show on ABC (GREAT show. Sucks it's going off on April 1st). Both are great, but Mr. Big has the lead for me.

:D Mine too! No, really. Love 30 Days, but my current fave of theirs lately is Merciless. Been playing the Hey Man cd A LOT lately too. :) Not sure if it's the sound/production or what, but I love most of the songs on that one and everything sounds so crisp on it, especially EM's vocals.

Ray Parker Jr. - Let Me Go

On a big soul/R&B (as in real R&B, not rap) kick lately. RP is so underrated... cursed by the Ghostbusters theme song

One of my all time favourites. The you tube video does not do justice to how good the guitar sounds on this album.

Very true Duncan - great album - shocking videos - but most 80s rock bands had poor videos then....

Watching Adam on American Idol perform Mad World reminded me of Tears for Fears 2004 CD, Everybody Loves A Happy Ending. It was the first time in 15 years Curt and Roland were back together singing and writing music together. I love this album. So melodic and the harmonies are beautiful. Really has a Beatles vibe to it on some songs.

I love the songs Closest Thing To Heaven and Secret World.

I think Fire in the Basement is my favourite on that album, but i saw DP with JLT and they were excellent. DP ain't the same without Blackmore.

So true. 8) I didn't want to get my hopes up when I heard they had reunited, but the CD far exceeded my expectations. Their vocals together are just beautiful, great songs and melodies. Saw a clip once of Roland and Curt and the rest of the band sitting in a radio station singing Closest Thing to Heaven, and it was amazing, even that early in the morning.

Cool, another fave of mine. Great cd, from start to finish. Too bad they only ever made the one cd and dvd. I read Eric and Jack wanted to bring it stateside, but Tak didn't want to. :(

I really like all their work. Band has gone through a bunch of personel changes. The orginal gutiarist was kicked out I thought I read somewhere. This guy can sing and they put on a great show. Waiting for them to come to South Florida !!

Does anybody like Alter Bridge...their second CD didnt get much airplay in the US but they are working on a third CD as we speak.

My favorite album of theirs is Seeds of Love. Most people would say Songs From The Big Chair b/c it had their big commercial hits. But I loved the change of direction with Seeds of Love. The remastered CD is great with added bonus tracks.
